Anytime Invoice is a cloud-based invoicing platform designed for Australian businesses. It allows you to create, manage, and send professional tax invoices, track payments, and manage customer information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Anytime Invoice offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

The Anytime Invoice platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the invoice content and customer data you create using our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anytime Invoice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
